My 2018

2018 is coming to a close. It’s crazy right, I can still vividly remember celebrating the entry into 2018 with all of my friends and just like that, it’s about to be over. There are still two months left but I figured this would be a good time for me to look over the year and evaluate somethings. 2018 was a year. It wasn’t particularly good, or bad for me. I grew, I learned through mistakes, I was challenged and I struggled at times but all in all it’s almost the end of the year and I’m here and loving my life still. How to “Treat Yo Self” when you can’t afford to “Treat Yo Self”

It’s the sticking to it that gives us a little bit of a challenge. Now, I don’t struggle with sticking to goals because I lack motivation or anything like that. Sometimes sticking to a timetable of what to do, when to begin doing and when to have it done can be a bit overwhelming. Confession: I am a perfectionist…well…a recovering one. So those things (having a specific time to achieve something) gives me a little bit of anxiety. But. There are ways to set goals that make setting those goals and sticking to them a tad bit easier and even a little exciting. I’ve started applying these to my life and I’ve been able to set goals, stick to them and actually enjoy the process and now I want to share them with you in 3 steps. Make them practical- Nothing ruins the momentum of a …
