How to Prepare:

Dress comfortably for the weather and for the walk, sneakers are highly recommended.

Enjoy a healthy breakfast before coming out.

Bring a blanket or chair to sit on.

Bring a bottle of water.

Use the bathroom, there are facilities at the park but they are not very close.

Don’t forget sunscreen!
